Shipping
Domestic Shipping
We use USPS to ship our products. The average length of time to recieve your ordered canopy is within 2 weeks.
If you want your order expedited, we can make those necessary changes to recieve your canopy sooner than later.
International Shipping
At this point, we do not ship outside the USA. We will consider this shipping option in the near future and will make those necessary changes to the website.
Customs Duties & Other Fees
As we do not ship outside the US, there are no custom fees incurred. We will contact you if there are other fees involved when making your purchase.
Returns
How to Return
All returns must be approved before you ship any itmes back to us. We will only accept canopy returns within 14 days, if they are defective, we sent you the wrong color, or if the product somehow got damaged during the shipping process. Please contact us to make those arrangements.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your pet canopy was shipped incorrectly or damaged, please contact us for the reason for a Return. We will make any necessary arrangements to provide you with the correct product and your customer satisfaction.
Exchanges
We do NOT accept exchanges if you want another color or model. Before ordering, please make sure of the canopy selection to avoid exchanges. If the canopy is damaged or an incorrect order, will we certantly make an exchange. If wrong product was sent, we will pay for the shipping.
General
Safety Warning
Your dog, cat, or rabbit may become highly addictive to our unique shade canopy. So if you have more than one pet - please consider purchasing another (avoid the fighting)!
Assembly
Before assembly - ALWAYS take inventory of your delivery upon arrival. Two people are required to assemble a pet canopy. Althought, it is fairly easy to assemble, we suggest two persons - one to assemble, the other to assist and hold the frames in place.

Guarantee
All of our pet canopy products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. If you are not fully satisfied with the product, you may return it with in 14 days for a full refund (S&H not included). See our return policies for more details.

Warranty
All of our pet canopies and products have a 1 year warranty. If you use or assemble a canopy that was defective upon arrival, you have voided the warranty on the purchased product. Click here for more warranty information.
If the product is still covered by the warranty, it is important that a warranty form be filled out before sending product(s) back to us. Click here for a warranty form that can be faxed or emailed back to us.
